Alexis Arguello

Just two week ago my brother gave me the good news I was waiting for years. He bought me the classic fight Between Arguello vs Escalera 1979, since acquired the fight I have watched it around 20 times and my goal was to have it signed by Arguello, but unfortunately that wont happen.
First time I saw Alexis "EL Flaco Explosivo" Arguello was with my Uncle in Puerto Rico. The fight was in 1980 vs Rafael "Bazooka" Limon was a good fight, but I notice that Arguelo was different, the way he behave after the win, was calm, hug his opponent, and kissing his opponent, most of the others fighter used to jump, scream, running around the ring in celebration, that caught my attention. Another factor of why Arguello was one of the best in his era, his power punch(one punch) he could be behind on the fight and turn around just with one punch, also his combination of four five sometimes eight punches in combination was brilliant not like now were fighter only use jab, right and hook. Outside the ring he encounter some situation but who doesn't. Overall Arguello was an example of how to defeat adversity and follow any kind of dream. R.I.P
